Why am I not liked?
“My Instapound page isn't getting a lot of pounds and pounders. Am I not liked enough? What am I doing wrong?”
-B
Dear B,
Don't be so hard on yourself about worrying if people are liking you enough. Instapound content is what seems to get a lot of people pounding. If you're seeking more likes, we suggest finding a popular topic. People will be pounding you before you know it! Though, stay true to yourself, social media reputation does not define who you are and who your friends are.
Bros or Bromance?
“My homecoming date has been hanging out with his bro a lot more than usual. I've seen them hug for a long time and they often hang out privately in his dorm having " bro time". Now his bro is going to go with us to homecoming. Should I be concerned? ” -J
Dear J,
First off, don't be upset with him if your suspicions of his preferred sexual orientation are true. It could be tough for him to admit it, due to fear of embarrassment or ousting. Secondly, you could very well be looking to into the situation and perhaps this "bro" is a safety net and feels as though he is truly comfortable with this friend. We often find one person in our life who is believed to be a soulmate, which can either be romantically inclined, friends or both. Either way, when the time is right to bring up the topic, be open minded and loving. Anger and sadness will only cause stress on your relationship with them.
